White-Water Rafting - Full-day excursion. The Pacuare River, which cuts through one of the most pristine pockets of wilderness left on the planet, is ranked among the top 5 on the list of wild and scenic rivers worldwide. This 18-mile rafting adventure, through the most beautiful river canyon in the tropics, is for the adventuresome beginner and the experienced rafter alike. The rapids are class 3 and 4. Breakfast and lunch included.

White water rafting is a very thrilling and fun-filled experience. Participants should expect this to be a real adventure and it is not for the feint of heart since class 3 and class 4 rapids are encountered. Accidents are rare, but can occur mainly involving rafters falling out of the raft. A professional company that is very safety conscious is contracted by us.

Punta Leona Beach* - Full-day excursion. A private club on the Pacific side that offers two beaches, swimming pools and hikes through the coastal rain forest. Buffet lunch included.

Sairpiqui Wildlife River* - Full-day excursion. A naturalist guide takes you on a hike through the Caribbean rain forest, then on a boat down the Sarapiqui River where you can see crocodiles, cayman, sloths, monkeys, bats and myriad birds, reptiles and insects. Lunch included.

Waterfall Gardens - Half-day excursion. A beautiful hike along the La Paz river where a series of five waterfalls cascade through the cloud forest. You will also see the largest butterfly enclosure in the world, as well as a hummingbird garden where more than a dozen species fly and flitter within arm's reach.

Poas Volcano - Half-day excursion. Walk through the cloud forest at the top of this semi-active volcano where you can peer into the crater itself with its iridescent blue water and fumaroles.

Arenal Volcano and Tabacon Hot Springs Resort – Full day excursion. Check out the most active volcano in Costa Rica while soaking in the soothing thermally heated waters of Tabacon Hot Springs. A day to remember. Includes picnic lunch, dinner and entrance fees.

Pacific Island Cruise – Full day excursion. Take a two hour catamaran boat ride to Tortuga Island. There you can sun, swim, kayak, snorkel and enjoy this picturesque scene. Includes luch.

Tortuguero – Full day excursion. Travel to the Caribbean coast via the canals of Tortuguero National Park. An amazing opportunity to view wildlife in this unique ecosystem. Includes breakfast and lunch.

Canopy Adventure – A half day tour where you are hitched into a harness and fly from tree platform to tree platform on the flanks of Barva Volcano. An exhilarating experience.
