Your Instructors:
Ana Forrest
Since Ana was a teenager, she has had a strong sense of her life’s
purpose: to help, teach and ultimately to heal others. Several
years ago, Ana had a powerful vision in a sacred ceremony in which
she saw herself teaching others how to mend the hoop of the people.
The vision helped her realize that the next phase of her life’s
purpose was to reach as many people as possible, thus creating
the Forrest Yoga Teacher Training Course. Ana feels that by walking
the path dictated by our Spirits, we can find true freedom. By
walking in truth and beauty, great healing can begin.
The teacher training process is the most effective tool that Ana
has developed to mend the hoop of the people. Through this journey
you will begin to discover your correct relationship with yourself,
others and all forms of life. As a teacher of teachers, Ana is
able to guide her trainees on their journey toward freedom and
healing, as well as instruct them how to do the same for others.
Ana works toward bringing healing and a reintegration of the sacredness
of life. She begins by encouraging her students to go beyond what
they perceive as their limitations, which leads to greater strength,
awareness and sensitivity. She teaches them to listen to their
deep inner intelligence, strip away the numbness and helps them
connect to their own spirit. Ana helps her students examine where
in life they may be holding back from giving or receiving fully.
She also encourages them to examine and establish their own ethics
and personal boundaries, which are a necessary part of becoming
a person of honor and integrity. By the completion of the Forrest
Yoga Teacher Training Courses ( the 3 week foundation course and
the advanced teacher training course), Ana’s students are
ready to begin to help others with this process of connecting,
feeling, healing and walking in truth, beauty and freedom.
