Travel Arrangements

Inner Harmony has contracted with Sundance Travel as our official travel agent. We have negotiated discount airfares on Skywest, Delta and Continental Airlines to:

Las Vegas
St. George
Salt Lake City

Airfare discounts will range from 10% for reservations made prior to 60 days of departure to 5% for reservations within 60 days. These are applicable on the lowest airfares available at time of booking.

Car Rental

Sundance Travel has negotiated car rental rates with several car rental companies.

To make your air/car rental reservations:

Shuttle Service

Inner Harmony shuttle from Las Vegas: Your flight must arrive by 11:30am on arrival day and leave no earlier than 1:00pm on departure day. Please meet our driver at the Zero Level parking area after 11:00am and before 12:00pm. Zero Level is located directly below the baggage claim carousels in Terminal One. You must go outside to meet the driver. Vans are not allowed to drive through so you will need to walk through the two cross walks until you see the parked vans and busses area. The van will have an Inner Harmony Retreat Center sign. Our driver cannot leave the vehicle, so is unable to look for guests inside the terminal. If you miss our shuttle, call us at 800-347-5633.

NOTE: Las Vegas is on Pacific time, Inner Harmony Retreat Center is on Mountain Time

Inner Harmony shuttle from St. George: Our shuttle picks up at approximately 2:30pm and drops off at approximately 9:30am. Please call us as soon as you arrive so we can advise you as to your pick up time. 1-800-347-5633

Shuttle Service from Parowan: Guests who plan to drive to winter retreats will be shuttled from Parowan, Utah (Exit 78 or 75 on I15) by snowcat to the retreat center. Please plan to meet at the Maverik Station on the corner of 200 South and Main Street in Parowan at either 3:30 pm or 5:30 pm on the Saturday that the retreat begins and we will caravan to the parking area and transfer baggage to the Inner Harmony shuttle there. Please call to reserve your place on the shuttle.

On the Saturday that the retreat ends, all guests who are taking the Inner Harmony airport shuttle should plan to depart on the snowcat that leaves the retreat center at 7:15am. Guests who have driven to Parowan should plan to leave on the 8am or 9am snowcat.

Vans: The van will leave Las Vegas at 12:00 noon. Your plane must arrive by 11:30am to catch this van. The van will arrive at Inner Harmony Retreat Center at approx. 5:00pm. These guests will arrive in time to have dinner at the retreat center.

For Guests Traveling by Car

From Las Vegas - Take I-15 north to Parowan exit. Go straight through several stop signs until you can't go straight anymore. Turn right. Approximately 6 miles after you start heading up the hill (just past the 25-mile-an-hour "S" curve), you'll see the sign "Dry Lakes." It's a gravel road off to the right. Take it for 3 miles (it will seem longer) until you come to a stone wall with Inner Harmony Yoga Retreat Center sign on the right-hand side of the road. This is the beginning of our driveway which is ½ mile long.

From Phoenix Thru Flagstaff - Take I-17 north to 89A. Take 89A thru Fredonia to Kanab. Take US 89 north from Kanab to 14. Take 14 to 148 which takes you into Brian Head. (Hwy 148 is closed from about the first of November till the end of May due to snow, at which time going thru Las Vegas is the best option.) Go all the way through town until you're heading downhill. Approximately 5 miles down the hill you will see a sign "Dry Lakes." Turn left onto a gravel road. From Salt Lake City - Take I-15 south to the Parowan exit. Follow signs through town toward Brian Head Ski Resort. What To Bring

Winter Checklist: Snow apparel, boots, gloves, hat, casual layered clothing, slippers for indoor use (recommended), sunscreen and sun glasses, bathing suit, toiletries.

We Provide:
Yoga mats, blocks, belts, and blankets as well as all linens and towels. Sleeping gear not provided for those staying in tents. During the winter, snowshoes and cross-country skis are provided. A washer/dryer is available for you to use. Internet service is available with hookup capabilities.
