seasons of my life changing as well, and like the mountain must reinvent myself to continue growing. I’d like to see the changes in my life flow as smoothly as the seasons, but I fear they will be more akin to the experience of the Phoenix.

In August, I’ll be casting myself into the fire of law school, unsure of what will be rising from the ashes.

It’s bittersweet as we pack our home and prepare for the move to Michigan. Excited as we are for our new life, it’s hard to leave the red rocks, cobalt skies and all our friends, those down in the valley, and all the dear friends I have made here at Inner Harmony.

I relish the experiences we have had together, be it bouncing down the road in the snow cat, hiking through the narrows of Zion, swimming in the pools of Ashdown Gorge or doing circus tricks on the yoga room floor.

I hold you all as extended family, wish you the very best, and will count myself very lucky when our paths cross again.
