Join Ana Forrest and the Inner Harmony retreat center for a week of purifying Forrest Yoga Practice, morning chants, meditation, and a cleansing diet. Enjoy these gifts of renewal in the serene and breathtaking surroundings of Brian Head, Utah.

This workshop will include daily chanting and meditation along with two daily asana sessions; an intensive AM asana practice and a lighter afternoon session that includes a longer Pranayama and Q & A. Daily activities will be scheduled and free time available for you to explore the spectacular surroundings and utilize the spa facilities and massage services on site.
