Vinyasa Yoga and Skiing Retreat

 

Celebrate the powerful body, mind and spirit journey of yoga...and the exhileration of skiing the backcountry of Southern Utah at our third annual winter retreat. Experience an engaging, transformational, and fun yoga retreat week at this aspen covered mountaintop retreat center.

Discover the essential interplay of alignment, breathe, fluid movement, and awareness to bring new depth to your practice. Morning classes will be vigorous and enlivening, blending a flowing Vinyasa practice with technique refinement. Midday offers a time to enjoy a variety of activities: snowshoeing, downhill skiing on the powdery slopes of Brian Head, or cross-country skiing on pristine trails right out the front door. Or take time to relax, read, sit in front of the fire, have a massage, or simply enjoy the breathtaking surroundings from the hot tubs. Early evening classes will offer a variety of gentle flow sequences restorative poses and special technique workshops. Asana classes will be complemented with pranayama and meditation each day. Midweek we take an afternoon excursion to Zion' National Park for an incredible hiking experience amidst the breathtaking sites of the park.

Inner Harmony accomodations are warm and comfortable whether you choose to stay in private rooms, yurts, or the group sleeping area. Gourmet organic meals are prepared for us each day and the chefs easily accomodate all dietary needs.
