| Stephanie Snyder
- Stephanie’s relationship with yoga began 10 years ago. Yoga
became her partner in freedom from addiction. Her soulful practice
reflects her conviction of yoga’s healing powers. Ana Forrest
recognizes her unique voice,

In addition to extensive study in the Forrest method, Stephanie
has studied Iyengar with Rodney Yee, Yin/Yang with Sarah Powers,
Viniyoga with TKV Desikachar, and Anusara with John Friend.
Stephanie offers a rigorous asana flow practice designed to build
strength and awareness towards healing. She guides students through
limitations that have become automatic. Students are asked to reach
beyond their comfort zone and go deeper, She teaches them how to
ride a conscious breath to create an internal awakening with physical,
mental, and emotional integrity. Students are gently encouraged
to reconnect with spirit, to get curious about their truth, to question
everything in order that they may build a practice that is intelligent
and, most importantly, authentic.
